IIT Gandhinagar Recruitment 2021:
Eligibility
PhD in Electronics/Solid State Physics/Condensed Matter Physics with strong publication record and knowledge in Semiconductor Devices or Condensed Matter Physics or equivalent. The candidate should be proficient in computer programming and should be experienced in performing Density Functional Theory (DFT) simulations.
Experience with tools like VASP or QuantumATK and working knowledge of Python, MATLAB and LINUX operating system will be preferred. The applicant should driven, enthusiastic about research and willing to work for the duration of the contract.
Duration
1 year extendable till end of project (April 2023) on satisfactory performance.
