Qualifications
The applicant must have a working knowledge about various communication protocols like TCP, UDP, HTTP, MQTT, OPC, and OPC-UA; as well as prior hands-on experience with LabVIEW. Previous work experience in at least one of the listed items in each category listed below would be highly desirable:
- LabVIEW: Hands-on experience with LabVIEW and its toolkits for HTTP Clients, JSON Parsing, Data Sockets, DSC, Synchronization, OPC-UA, etc.
- Protocols: Working knowledge about various communication protocols like TCP, UDP, HTTP, MQTT, OPC, and OPC-UA.
- Elementary Programming Skills: Work experience with at least one of the commonly used programming languages like C, C++, C#, Python, etc; along with basic version control skills with GitHub.
Duration
It is to noted that the position is temporary and for a period of one year or till the project ends, whichever earlier.
